Shipping&Return

All items are shipped from Portugal via DHL. 

Once an item has been shipped, Who's Next? is not responsible if the item is lost,damaged or stolen in transit. 
The orders are shipped within 2-3 business days date of purchase.

The items will have some imperfections due to their second-hand life.

I do my best to include flaws into the description. Pay attention while reading. 

RETURN

Items must be returned within 4 days of receiving your order. 

Items damaged or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Refund will be processed back to the original payment within 3 days of receiving it back.

The customer is responsible for the refund shipping cost.

Sale items are not refundable.
